“Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You”
“Love One Another”
“Choose Ye This Day Whom You Will Serve”

Each day brings with it many choices. Am I going to be honest? How am I going to treat my sisters and brothers? Am I kind to myself? Do my actions reflect the love I feel in my heart? Did I mean it when I promised to be HIS hands, eyes, ears and feet? If I did, then how does that look? What does it mean to truly “love” ALL of God’s Children?

The current event of killings in our country has brought with it a great opportunity to reflect on these and many more questions. How are we really doing as a people?

After a day of celebration and joy for many over the opportunity to freely marry and join as a family . . . is your heart also filled with excitement and joy for your sisters and brothers?

Today, June 26, 2015 gives all of us the opportunity to put our words into actions, to let go of any judgement and just “love one another.” After all, isn’t that what we promised to do?
